Congratulations on your Power Circuit Workout! I think you’ve created a great video for the Kettlebell enthusiast who is looking for MORE than just a Kettlebell video. The combining of Kettlebell exercises with bodyweight exercises really sets it apart from the already growing roster of Kettlebell videos on the market.
I really liked the fact that you included three work-along routines which increase in length (11, 20 and 38 minutes) and intensity as you work through the video. I especially enjoyed your use of combo exercises throughout.
It’s funny, for such a strong presence, my anticipation (read: fear) was that your workouts would be of the very high energy, up-tempo and possibly even too challenging variety. But what I got was nicely paced, very effective workouts that covered cardio, flexibility and strength, and were challenging, but not too daunting. My name is Jim Turnbo III and I've been in fitness for over 15 years. I've been stuck with the "normal" gym-rat back/ biceps and chest/tricep routines. After seeing peaks and vallies, I decided it was time to change things up. After some snooping around for workout alternatives, I came across David Whitley's Power Circuit Workout DVD and found what I needed. 2 months ago I would have told anyone that asked me about a Kettlebell that it was a heavy looking tea pot minus the spout. I purchase a 4, 8 and 12 kg kettlebell and laughed all the way to my basement while getting ready for my workout. Not wanting to mess around, I went straight for the 38 minute workout from the DVD. As soon as I started I knew I was in trouble!! I literally felt like passing out by the end of the routine! I know no one out there knows who I am, but when I get a workout like that, I am on cloud 9, as sick as it may sound. Today I have all the respect in the world for their relevance in training. I now will become certified with the kettlebell and have already used the same workout on one of my female clients. To let you know how that went, let's just say that I haven't heard language like that since I was in the Army. Thanks David for a great product.

Dude, I got your dvd this morning. I watched the whole thing and decided I would try the 11 minute workout just to see where I am at. Making the 11 minutes was taxing, not impossible, and I could probably get through the 20 minutes but I would be spent for sure. I really like the dvd, easy explainations, easy to follow along, and high quality video and sound.
I am going to start with the 11 minute workout for 3-4 times a week. in a month maybe go up to the 20 then the full workout. By the way 2 minutes of hindu pushups or squats for a big guy is brutal, but I guess that is the point now isn't it!! -Royce Mills

This is the perfect follow along DVD. My wife is a busy Air Force Sergeant and mother and she has loved your 11 minute and 20 minute routines! She feels that she receives a complete workout in every way...strength, tone and cardio all in one.
I have helped several people follow your routines and they have all cursed your name...and then immediately asked when the next workout will be (ok not immediately...a few minutes after that last set of Hindu squats...you're an evil man!)

The combination of body weight exercises combined with the whole body coordination skills required to lift and move kettlbells puts me through a rather full range of motion workout that cannot be had by kettlebells or bodyweight exercises alone. I like how I can get in a workout no matter the amount of time that I have or do not have. I thank you,-Dale Dugas
